Service Description

I WILL: GRIT is a structured mentorship and character development program for boys ages 11–14. Through weekly virtual sessions and monthly in-person experiences, young men are challenged to build discipline, responsibility, confidence, and healthy peer relationships. This program is built on clear expectations, accountability, and consistency. GRIT is not about motivation or lectures — it’s about showing up, doing the work, and growing through effort. Participants are guided by experienced mentors in a small-group setting designed to develop character, self-control, and leadership foundations.

Cancellation Policy

Program Overview I WILL: GRIT is a structured mentorship and character development program for boys ages 11–14. The program operates on a consistent schedule that includes weekly virtual group sessions and one in-person session per month. Enrollment is limited to maintain quality and group cohesion. Program Fee • $50 per week • Equivalent to $200 per month • Includes all scheduled virtual sessions, monthly in-person programming, mentor preparation, and parent communication. Payment Structure • Fees are billed on a weekly or monthly auto-pay basis. • A minimum 12-week commitment is required upon enrollment. • Families may choose to pay: • Weekly ($50/week), or • Monthly ($200/month) Full-program payment options may be available upon request. Attendance & Missed Sessions • Program fees are based on enrollment, not attendance. • Missed sessions are not refundable. • No credits or make-up sessions are provided for absences. • Consistent attendance is expected to ensure group stability and meaningful participation. Withdrawal & Cancellation • A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from the program. • Fees during the notice period remain due. • Early withdrawal does not waive the minimum commitment requirement. Refund Policy • Program fees are non-refundable once services have begun. • Refunds are not provided for: • Missed sessions • Schedule conflicts • Early withdrawal Scholarships & Financial Consideration • Limited scholarships or sliding-scale options may be available based on need. • Availability is not guaranteed and must be requested prior to enrollment. • CSA or third-party funding may be accepted when applicable. Program Expectations By enrolling in I WILL: GRIT, families acknowledge: • This is a mentorship and character development program, not a therapeutic service. • Respectful behavior and participation are required. • Parents will be contacted if concerns arise regarding conduct, attendance, or safety. • Continued participation is contingent upon adherence to program expectations. Agreement & Acknowledgment Enrollment and participation indicate agreement with the above payment and participation policies.
