About the event
The Drama Therapy Group is an exciting and creative 8-session program that uses theater-based activities to help participants explore emotions, improve self-awareness, and build confidence—all in a supportive, small-group environment.
Held twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays (with participants choosing one day to attend consistently), this program focuses on:
Identifying Emotions: Learn to recognize and express feelings in healthy ways.
Building a Character: Step outside yourself to explore new perspectives and roles.
Following Directions & Memorization: Strengthen focus, listening, and memory skills through fun theater exercises.
Teamwork: Collaborate with peers to create scenes and stories together.
