About the event
The Social Skills Group is an engaging 8-session program designed to help participants build confidence, develop stronger communication skills, and form meaningful connections—all in a fun, supportive, and small group setting.
Held twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays (with the flexibility to attend one or both days), each session focuses on:
Building Confidence: Practice speaking and expressing yourself in front of others.
Teamwork: Participate in group activities that encourage collaboration and problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Learn to identify emotions and respond appropriately in social situations.
Relationship Building: Discover ways to connect with peers and develop positive interactions.
