At I Will Coaching, our Supervised Visitation Services provide a safe, neutral, and supportive environment for children and parents to spend quality time together. Our trained staff ensures that each visit is structured, comfortable, and focused on building positive family connections while maintaining safety and confidentiality. We offer: • Safe & Neutral Setting: Visits are held in a monitored, child-friendly environment. • Professional Supervision: Experienced staff are present to support positive interactions and ensure safety throughout each visit. • Flexible Scheduling: We work with families and caseworkers to accommodate convenient times. • Progress-Focused Support: Our goal is to foster healthy relationships and help families move toward reunification whenever possible. Whether you’re working through court requirements, agency referrals, or family transitions, we’re here to provide compassionate, reliable support every step of the way.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy At I Will Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality services with clear and transparent billing practices. 1. Payment Requirement All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Services will not be confirmed until payment is received. 2. Accepted Payment Methods We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved electronic payment methods available through our booking platform. 3. Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered. Refunds for prepaid services may be considered on a case-by-case basis if cancellation occurs within the approved notice period. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. 5. Late Payments (If Applicable) For services approved for invoicing, payment is due within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension until the balance is resolved. 6. Service Packages Packages must be used within the specified timeframe outlined at the time of purchase. Unused sessions may expire if not utilized within that period. 7. Disputes If you have any questions or concerns regarding billing or payments, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the matter.
